This is a multilateral project inviting participation from different Countries to England. It intends to promote intercultural dialogue and social change between young people by offering them the opportunity to develop activities and workshops in which they can improve their skills and awareness of themes such as European and active citizenship and cultural diversity at international level using Video and Theatre Arts. The main objectives are to promote intercultural learning through video and theatre arts techniques, identifying the needs, ideas and aspirations of young people in achieving social cohesion at local, European and international levels and provide ongoing support and resources for young people's empowerment. We aim to observe and analyse differences and dynamics of diversity by using non-formal educational methods and the arts to develop the principles of harmony and social inclusion.

This training course will focus on sharing experiences, methods and good practices in youth work-field, specifically using Video and theatre. The project will be hosted in Greater London (UK) for 7 days with 27 participants. This project will bring young people and youth workers from diverse European backgrounds together to participate in an activity using Video and Theatre Tools to empower young people. The primary focus of the Training will be analysing the topical subject of European Citizenship, social change and social cohesion. Our project is a result of a Feasibility Visit implemented in Berlin last October. The training will give the possibility to the participants to exchange how to use different methods in order to increase social inclusion. During this Training the participants will have a very good overview, proposals about new projects ideas in Europe. Each organization will come to this project with information about their future plans; so that they will concretely establish new projects. The project intends to support youth workers by offering them the opportunity to participate in activities and workshops in which they can improve their skills and awareness of themes such as European citizenship, Equal Opportunities and cultural diversity at international level. The activities will give the possibility to the participants to share and create new practices and plan how to transfer these concepts. Non formal education will be used through the whole activity. The project aims to involve a good number of Youth workers, Animators and Young People.
