1. Brief description of the training
EuroDEMOS is a Civic Attitudes Association, specialized in the last 20 years of voluntary activity in forming opinion leaders by developing civic programmes at mass level and on target groups, of defending human rights, democratic values, European and sustainable development principles.
The project approaches the themes of human rights photographic art and active citizenship. The training "The RIGHT Photo" will be held in Iasi, Romania, on 07th – 18th of July 2010 and will bring together 24 young people from 8 European countries: Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Turkey.
The project will offer to the participants the opportunity to explore human rights and to approach them from an artistic perspective, to make an intercultural exchange with young people form different countries, to contribute to the human rights promotion as active citizens and to learn and practice photographic art. At the end of the training will be organized a photo exhibition with the photos made by the participants.
The program of the training will contain intercultural evenings, work-shops on photographic art and human rights, and of course visit to the important monuments of the town and around the town.

2. How many people from my organization can come at the training?
We wait 3 members from your organization to come at the training in Iasi.
It is recommended if the participants from your organization:
- are interested in exploring human rights and to approach them from an artistic perspective, to make an intercultural exchange with young people from different countries, to contribute to the human rights promotion as active citizens and to learn and practice photographic art.
- know English language
- are over 18 years old
It will be better to have both genders.
3. Do I have to pay for accommodation?
Board and lodging will be provided by EuroDEMOS.
The accommodation for the training includes what is necessary for a safe and comfortable staying, including wireless.
4. The training has a fee?
No, there is no training fee.
5. What do we need from you
For the efficiency of the project implementation and management we kindly ask you to send us the next information by e-mail:
- your institution logo (for the project materials design)
- contact data of the persons who will come from your organization
- copy of the passport or identity card of the 3 participants from your organization
- copies of your tickets from your city to Bucharest or to Iasi (after you have bought it)
- a photo which is representative for each participant, photo which should be the most close to his/her beliefs, wishes, sensations, vision on the world, aspirations, sensibilities and abilities etc. (ie. a landscape, a portret, a move, a feeling, etc.)
