Breaking through - training στην Πράγα-Kamenec, Τσεχία, 7-15/8/2010

Καλύπτονται το 70% των αεροπορικών εισιτηρίων και το 100% διαμονής διατροφής.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION

Prague – Kamenec on August 7

your expected arrival to Prague is in the afternoon between 2 – 4 pm on Aug. 7 participants will go to Kamenec in groups coordinated by NLP team members by train / bus (groups will be announced after we receive all arrival information)

Kamenec – Prague on August 15

all participants will leave together by bus after breakfast around 10 am

HOUSING and BOARD

all the cost during the training is fully covered from the training budget (housing, 3 meals per day and coffee breaks)

we cover 8 nights in total (starting August 7 in the evening upon arrival to Kamenec, until August 15 in the morning upon departure)

please note that no extra nights prior or after this date will be covered (in case you plan to arrive earlier, you have to arrange housing and pay any additional cost on your own – our team can advice you a suitable hostel upon your request)

INSURANCE

all participants are obliged to have a valid health insurance during their stay in Czech Republic at their own expenses

BUYING TICKETS


When buying a ticket, make sure that:

you do not exceed a limit of your country (as indicated in the e-mail accompanying this infopack)

you buy a return ticket leaving from your home country using the cheapest option (according to the rules of Youth in Action Programme)

NLP covers 70% of the travel cost (up to the limit indicated in the e-mail), participants are expected to cover remaining 30% of the travel expenses

official beginning of the project administration is May 15, therefore we can only reimburse tickets bought after May 15

REIMBURSEMENT

reimbursement of 70% of the travel cost will be done via bank transfer to your personal account after sending the original tickets back to NLP upon your return to your home country (please keep all the original tickets including boarding passes in case of air tickets)

please note, that the Czech National Agency will not reimburse any tickets which will not be submitted in originals

VISA

in case you need visas, we will help you arranging them – please send us following as soon as possible: full name, date of birth, passport number, date of issue, date of expiration, authority that issued the passport and postal address where we can send the original of an invitation letter

cost related to arranging visas will be fully covered by project budget, please note that reimbursement is only possible upon submitting all the original documents
