1.Where will the training course take place?
The project will be located in Gliwice in the Metropolia Silesia in the Silesian Voivodship. The region is located in the south of Poland. Please plan your journey to this city.

2.When will the training course happen?
The project is going is going to start on the 25th of August, therefore we would like your participants to arrive on the 24th (Tuesday). The Training Course will end on August 29th, so please plan your journey back for the 30th of August (Monday).
3.How many participants can you send?
Each group is expected to send 2 participants for the training course. In attachment you will find a participant’s personal information form which we would like you to send by June 30th.
The people should be active representatives of a youth organization, volunteers, youth workers. They should be over 18 years old and have an insurance in case of an accident.
4.How much will you get reimbursed?
We have received the transfer from the Polish National Agency and after recalculating the information you sent us by the exchange rate for the transfer we were able to estimate following maximum costs for travel:

To avoid the travel costs getting to high, please buy your tickets as soon as possible.
